Our server Stacey, was a delight (such a bubbly personality). My only complaint was opening my napkin to find spotted silverware. There is no bigger turn-off than that. I don't care if I am at Fleming's or Applebee's, I find this same problem. I recently was at a restaurant in Michigan (On The Border) where I was told that they had one person who wrapped silverware and was responsible for seeing that there were no spots. What a delight!
