Bisbee Coffee Co.
Rating:

Coffee houses always seem to be a great place to relax and rejuvenate. After a busy day visiting Kartchner Caverns(highly recommended) and exploring Bisbee, my wife and I took five at the Bisbee Coffee Co. This place is actually owned by the same people that own The Bisbee Grille, which we had eaten at the night before. Their special for the day was a Peruvian roast, which excited my wife since that is her homeland. What excited us even more were all their wonderful pastries on display. The Carmel Apple Pie looked irresistible, so we got a slice ($4) of that to share, as well as a cup of the Peruvian coffee ($3) and an Iced Mocha Latte ($3).
The pie was fantastic. The apples were soft, spiced up with lots of cinnamon, and drizzled with a thick carmel sauce. What a delightful snack it was. It kind of fell apart when they were serving it, so unfortunately it doesn’t look as attractive in my photo as it did on display.

The coffee was fresh and had good flavor. It was just what we needed to get us back on our feet exploring the town. If you ever find yourself meandering Bisbee’s historic streets (below) and you’re in the mood for a little java or a sweet snack, stop in and give Bisbee Coffee Co. a shot (shameless pun intended).
